Processing Time
All of our items are handmade to order, and we aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. Please keep this processing time in mind when calculating your estimated delivery date.

- Aims to deliver in 1–2 working days
Royal Mail Tracked 48
- Fully tracked service
- Aims to deliver in 2–3 working days
Royal Mail Tracked 24
- Fully tracked service
- Aims to deliver the next working day
Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery
- Tracked and guaranteed next working day delivery
- Same-day dispatch (Monday–Friday only) for orders placed before 12pm
Delivery Timeframes
Please remember that delivery estimates include both our processing time (1–3 business days) and the shipping time. If you need your order quickly, we recommend choosing an express shipping method at checkout.
We encourage all customers to order in advance, especially during busy periods, to allow extra time for any potential postal delays.
Once Your Order Has Shipped
Once your order has been handed over to Royal Mail, it is in their care. While we do our best to ensure timely dispatch, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the delivery service.
